Our speedy creamy salami pasta sauce is a sauce that combines two great flavours. The spicy salami mixed with the rich creamy sauce, is a match made in heaven, and what’s even better is that this can be made in minutes.
COOK your pasta to packet instructions. Begin the sauce when you have a few minutes to spare.
HEAT the salami on a medium heat until crispy (approx 2-3 minutes).
ADD a splash of white wine to the salami and let the alcohol burn off for about 30 seconds.
POUR the cream in the pan and stir for 1 min until slightly thickened.
DRAIN your cooked pasta and add to your sauce.
SPRINKLE some grated parmesan along with some seasoning over the dish and serve.
