The best way to start weaning your baby. This is the recommended recipe for parents and it simply starts as a basic 3-ingredient veg broth. To this you can then mix up your veggies, then introduce the main food groups one at a time (meat, fish, dairy, gluten and nuts) and you can even mix up the textures. These purees are genius if you are in a rush. Provided you always keep a few core ingredients in your kitchen, they can be blended in seconds and require no cooking. On the plus side, you can also serve a number of them to your kids and adults - just add some extra seasoning and then either toss them through pasta or offer them as a dip with some crunchy veg.
