This chicken in creamy oregano sauce is an easy and very tasty way to perk up your mid-week menu. A family favourite! We usually serve it with rice, or with our carrot and courgette salad for a lighter alternative
REMOVE the skin from the chicken and chop into 2.5cm pieces
HEAT the oil and the butter over a medium heat.
FRY the prepared chicken turning regularly to brown all over until cooked through (approx. 10 mins).
POUR the cream and sprinkle the oregano over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 mins until the cream thickens.
SEASON with salt and pepper and serve.
