
This Cod and Spinach purèe is a great recipe to introduce your little one to fish for the first time.
METHOD
CUT your filet of fish into large chunks
PLACE in the top of a steamer
ADD on top a large handful of washed spinach leaves and a few basil leaves.
TOP with a splash of water.
STEAM for about 5 minutes and check the fish is cooked.
DRAIN into a blender reserving the liquid to one side.
ADD a splash of lemon and blitz to required consistency for your baby.
LOOSEN if needed with a little of the reserved steamed water or if preferred breast milk or formula milk.
