This Margherita Speedy Pasta Sauce is a simple and straight-forward dish. This yummy pasta is based on the classic pizza and while the pasta cooks, the sauce can be thrown together in less than 5 mins.
HEAT gently in a pan a little oil and briefly cook the garlic.
THROW in the cherry tomatoes and turn up the heat and cook for 5 minutes
ADD the splash of white wine and stir until heated through and all the ingredients are incorporated.
SEASON with salt, pepper and stir in your drained cooked pasta.
FINISH by tearing in your mozzarella cheese and serve with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan.
