This No Cook Double Pear Pureé is a delicious combination of fresh ingredients. Great to introduce new flavours to your baby! Can also be enjoyed as a creamy dip for the whole family with a little more added seasoning.

 

 

Ingredients

To buy:

1  small pear

1/2 avocado

1 small piece ginger

cinnamon

 

METHOD

CHOP and core your pear.

(remove skin if Weaning at 6 months but leave skin on for later Weaning stages or older children)

BLEND together your pear, half an avocado a pinch of grated ginger and pinch of cinnamon

SERVE warm or cold
