
These Oaty Choc Chip Cookies are an easy flourless recipe for lightly crispy, perfectly chewy peanut butter cookies. Filled with a lot of delicious promises you wont be disappointed.
METHOD
PREHEAT the oven to 180°C/Gas 4
MIX all the ingredients together and leave for 5 -10 mins for the oats to absorb the eggs
DOLLOP a tablespoon of the mixture one at a time on to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
BAKE for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
LEAVE to cool and become firm before eating.
