Parsnip Potato Raspberry & Rosemary Puree

Our Parsnip Potato Raspberry & Rosemary puree is a great way to introduce your baby to new flavours and combinations.

Ingredients

To buy:

1 small parsnip

6 raspberries

1 small potato

Pinch of dried or fresh rosemary

METHOD

WASH & peel the parsnip and potato

CUT into small chunks

STEAM with the lid on until soft

BLEND the cooked parsnip & potato with the raspberries and rosemary.

ADD breast milk or formula to make a creamy consistency.

FREEZE in silicone ice cube trays

BAG and tag frozen cubes in freezer for ready prepared meals.
