Pear, Yoghurt and Almond No-cook puree

Pear, Yoghurt and Almond No-cook puree is pure and simple. Packed full of protein and goodness for breakfast serve to your weaning baby, toddler and adult. The almond in this recipe is ground, therefore should be fine for little mouths but, if you’re worried about allergies, look at your family history / talk to your local GP. You can replace the nuts with oats. Add some fresh raspberries or fruit and chopped nuts for the adults- One meal One Family.

Ingredients

To buy:

1 pear, cored, chopped with skin on

2 tbls of full-fat greek yoghurt

2 tbls of ground almonds (optional) or replace the nuts with oats.

METHOD

PLACE all the ingredients into a hand-held blender or food processor.

BLEND the ingredients together and serve.

ADD some fresh raspberries or fruit and chopped nuts for adults.
