Our Piggy Pink Pancakes is our basic pancake mix with an added twist of beetroot. Great for those picky eaters and super easy to make. Recipe from our book ‘Baby at the Table’

Ingredients

To buy:

1 tablespoon of our beetroot blitz

Store-cupboard essentials:

100g plain flour
100ml milk (of your choice)
1 egg
oil or butter for frying

METHOD

MIX all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined
HEAT a non stick pan on a medium heat
DRIZZLE a little oil in the pan
DOLLOP a tablespoon of batter at a time into the pan and cook for 2-3 mins on each side, until golden brown
