Our Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar Glaze is super simple and quick to make and perfect to top salads, vegetables, or anything you want. This particular recipe would work just as well with other berries.
HEAT all the ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to the boil.
SIMMER for at least 20 minutes.
COOL the glaze until warm.
BLEND the glaze using a hand blender or food processor and then store in a bottle.
REFRIGERATE when storing.
