
These Superfood Nutty Date Bars are an easy No Bake snack perfect for when you need an instant boost of energy. Our tray bake “bar” version is speedy and easy. It can also be prepared in bulk batches so that you have reserve stores for the whole week ahead.
METHOD
LINE a 22cm baking tin with parchment paper and set aside.
PULSE the cashews and dates in food processor until crumbly then place in a separate bowl.
ADD all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
PRESS firmly down the mixture into the baking tin to create a flat even layer and place in the fridge for one hour.
CUT into bars of your desired size
