
These two ingredient pancakes are super speedy and easy. They are made with just banana and eggs. Gluten, dairy and sugar free. Perfect for baby and adult it is super quick – just minutes from bowl to plate!
METHOD
BLITZ the banana, eggs and baking powder together
Or
MASH the banana in a bowl
ADD the eggs and mix until well combined
SEASON with your choice of cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder we find this make the pancakes fluff up a little and add extra taste.
HEAT a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
ADD one tablespoon of the mixture to make each pancake.
FRY for approximately 2 minutes on either side until golden.
SERVE immediately.
