No Cook Tummy Trouble Pureé

Try our no cook Tummy Trouble Pureé  to help relieve baby’s and the whole family’s constipation.  We have used oats in this recipe however try and experiment with other whole grains that are good for the digestive system. Remember the P fruits, particularly pears, plums, peaches, and prunes.

 

Ingredients

To buy:

A handful of prunes (approx 6)

A handful of oats

1  soft Pear

METHOD

REMOVE the pear skin if weaning at 6months but leave skin on for later weaning stages or older children

BLEND /blitz together until desired consistency

LOOSEN with a little water or prune juice

SERVE warm or cold
